To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Packaging: Original packaging, safety seals, labels, and tags must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt from www.glamcurious.com is required.
If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@glamcurious.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the product is damaged or defective).
Return Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Shipping Your Return
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
Approval & Processing: Approved refunds will be processed promptly.
Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: May apply if returned items are missing components or not in original condition (unless due to our error).
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Clearance, sale, or final-sale products (unless defective)
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sites
Opened, used, or tampered products
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Please include your order details and product photos for verification.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Products purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for returns under the standard return policy. Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price, unless otherwise stated.
Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
