We currently deliver across Pakistan.
Orders placed in the UAE are serviced through our UAE operations (products are shipped locally within the UAE, not from Pakistan).
We are working to expand international shipping soon. Updates will be posted on our website.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, Eid, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3–5 business days
Express Delivery (selected cities): 1–2 business days
UAE Orders: 2–4 business days (fulfilled by UAE shipping partners)

Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (see current promotions on our homepage).
Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Additional charges may apply for urgent or express delivery requests.
Exact fees are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
An email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
A tracking link to monitor your parcel’s progress via our courier partners.
If tracking information is not received within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
We work with reliable courier services to ensure secure deliveries:
Pakistan: TCS, Call Courier, Leopards, M&P
UAE & International: Aramex, DHL
Although we aim to deliver within stated timelines, delays may occur due to:
Public holidays, natural events, or adverse weather
Political or logistic disruptions
Remote or non-serviceable locations
In such cases, our support team will keep you informed and assist with updates.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate address and contact details at checkout.
Glam & Curious is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may require additional re-shipping charges.
Our team will contact you to confirm updated details before re-dispatching.
We take special care with packaging. However, if your parcel arrives damaged:
If visibly damaged on arrival: please refuse delivery.
If discovered after delivery: contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.
We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution (replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the case).
